Given the uniqueness of the team and the overlapping aspects between their Agricultural Property & Rural Estate Department and the Commercial Property Team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a position where there is never a boring moment in any transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Conducting due diligence and property investigations
- Assisting the 2 Directors within the department with their workload
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 4+ years of PQE
- Strong knowledge of commercial or agricultural property law
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
