Application Support BA
This role will be joining a Technology department to provide full technical support of all trading platforms and applications.
As a production support BA, you will work closely with Front Office to proactively build tools to ensure proper maintenance of real-time mission critical systems. - Gather business requirements
- Daily monitoring and technical support of FX business platforms
- Incident and Change Management, Regression and Integration Testing, Assisting with Business and System requirements analysis
- On-boarding, certification and support of FIX API clients and liquidity providers connected via various network links including VPN and cross connects
This role requires someone with 2-4 years of experience in FX Technology or similar Capital Markets business. The successful candidate will need to have familiarity with the technical aspects of low latency trading, FIX protocol, FX Products, Commodities, Market Making, etc. Service Operation experience required in Event, Incident and Change management - ITIL certification is beneficial.
Any programming or scripting language skills would be sought after as well as a good understanding of databases concepts and SQL.
