Interim Applications Services Manager – Immediately Required
Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Interim Applications Services Manager for central government client within the media sector. The Service Manager will work with the organisations Corporate Systems Service Management team to manage existing SAP Applications, Suppliers and related services, and support the transition of projects/new applications into live service.
Position: Applications Services Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office
Duration: 6-8 weeks (with a good chance of extension)
Interview process: 1 stage
• Essential: Experience of delivering Application based support services, ideally Finance and HR related applications.
• Essential: Experience of managing outsourced applications support services
• Desirable: SAP Finance and HR applications related experience
• Experienced with senior stakeholder management and liaison
• Experience with managing contractual SLA agreements/service reviews with suppliers
• Experience with support projects service transition into live service
• ITIL Qualified
