Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Assessment Operations Manager for a Public Sector Organisation based in Birmingham. This is a 3 month contract initially, with a strong possibility to extend.
Predominately home based with occasional requirement to be on site (Birmingham).
£27 per hour (via Umbrella company).
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for successful delivery of the required outcomes, within appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues to ensure successful business delivery
- Working on a multi specialism and multi programme basis across the 4 UK countries, providing specialist knowledge and expertise for each assessment event in order to effectively support and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of settings
- Ensure that all processes and/or defined projects on a planned and ad hoc basis are carried out in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements
- Organise assessment training events, helping to develop and deliver training to assessors, and others involved in delivering assessment, coordinating learner and assessor evaluation surveys, analysing and reporting on outcomes
- Deputise for the Head of Programme Support delivering defined projects, services and quality improvement across the Programme Support function.
- Act as the key point of contact and liaison with stakeholders in relation to assessment events and activities
- Act as the key point of contact and liaison with key external stakeholders to ensure they are continuously updated on developments
- Play a key role in internal/external communication, developing networks and effective communication with individuals and other organisations .
