Asset Manager

Venn Group is currently working with a renowned NHS Trust to find an experienced Asset Manager to support the Trust’s continued development. Below is a brief synopsis on the role;

Asset Manager

Agency Reference Number: J66914

Location: Berkshire

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Hourly Rate: £24.27 PAYE or £26.98 through an Umbrella Company

• Work with the CAFM Manager to ensure assets are added to the register and scheduled for regular servicing/ maintenance
• Deliver a maintenance capital investment planner and support the asset replacement strategy
• Liaise with managers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the database remains current
• Promote and produce a maintenance lifecycle focused on efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainability
• Conduct life cycle costing studies and analysis, produce business cases and manage condition surveys
• Carry out and manage audits of maintenance works to ensure works are completed to a high standard and in line with legislation

The ideal candidate will have:

• An understanding of building services systems
• Sound knowledge of performance management, contract monitoring and audits
