Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Support Assistant

Location:         Wrexham

Rate:                £12.82 PAYE including holiday pay

Length:            12-16 Week contract

Hours:              35 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Providing a high-quality supported accommodation service to Veterans at risk of homelessness
• Providing individualised and group support to those at risk of homelessness
• Escalate and report or concerns appropriately
• Liaise with social workers/health professionals as appropriate, including participation in service user reviews.
• To provide transitional resettlement support to clients moving into independent accommodation

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, have an Enhanced DBS and be available immediately.
