Building Surveyor required

Location:                Berkshire

Rate of Pay:             £44,000 plus car allowance

Venn Group are looking for a Building Surveyor to work for a Housing Association in Berkshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Surveying for planned maintenance, major repairs and improvements
• Procuring contactors and preparing specifications
• Ensuring statutory requirements are met
• Providing cost and project information
• Managing contracts
• Producing progress reports

The successful candidate will have:

• HNC/HND in building or surveying (desirable)
• Driving Licence
