Business Services Administrator

Venn Group is seeking a Business Services Administrator to join their team based in Central London. The successful candidate for this role will provide effective and high-quality administrative support services to the Support Team.
Rate: £21K a year
Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating a busy switchboard and ensuring that calls are going through to the right department
- Screening telephone calls, enquires and requests and dealing with them appropriately
- Formatting CV’S
- Screening CV’s and sending them to the right department
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Booking travel and hotels for staff, including senior management
- Carrying out all other ad hoc administration duties, such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, creating documents and sending letters as and when require
- Monitoring the company’s main inbox and directing queries to the appropriate team
A successful candidate:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Competent user to MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident communicator, both verbal & written
