Venn Group is pleased to be supporting a major NHS Organisation based in Newcastle Upon Tyne who is looking to bring on a Business Support Administrator on an interim contract for around 3 months. The role will involve providing support to the trust’s meetings, and providing high-level administrative support to the Regional Management Team.
Candidate experience:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in administration and will have very strong meeting support experience. They will have experience in minute-taking along with the ability to carry out general administration tasks effectively. A background in the NHS would be advantageous.
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in meeting support
- Experience of general administrative tasks
- A sound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package
NHS Banding: Band 4
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne – with home working available
Duration: 3 Months
