Job description: An NHS organisation in South Yorkshire are currently recruiting for a Business Support Assistant to join their team on an 18 month fixed term contract. This is a fulltime role that requires the successful candidate be comfortable and proactive working on a remote basis. There will be requirement to attend an onsite team meeting in Sheffield once a month.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Providing support to the Business Management and Change Programmes team
- Undertaking a range of administrative and secretarial tasks that will contribute to the delivery of the programmes of work
- Assisting the Executive Assistant with diary management and the commitments of the Director including scheduling formal meetings and taking notes
- Assisting the Executive Assistant with booking of travel and accommodation for the Director and SLT
- Monitoring a busy inbox
- Providing any additional administration support required within the department
