CAFM Specialist - Nottingham - 6 Months - Temporary
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a CAFM Specialist for a large organisation based in the Nottingham area. They are looking to recruit temporarily for 6 months.
The role will involve:
- Responsible for the initial set up, operation and maintenance of the CAFM system
- Liaise with Helpdesk Manager to ensure data is being input in the correct manner and jobs are being marked at the correct level
- Ensure assets are being tagged in a way in which the data is then being filtered correctly in to the CAFM system
- Monitor/Manage PPM schedules ensuring they are issued and completed on a priority basis escalating any issues to Head of Estates or Chief Engineer
- Suspend, delay or remove PPMs as appropriate ensuring all follow-on processes are correctly followed i.e. reinstatement, billing etc.
- Ensure that the Asset Register is up-to-date regarding additions, deletions and changes, in particular those created through New Works
- Plan and lead implementation of new system processes and system changes including ongoing process reviews
- Preferably experience with a CAFM system called ‘Concept’.
They will also be available for work maximum 2 weeks notice. The rate for this role will be between £23.50 PAYE or £27.00 per hour on a Limited Umbrella company basis.
