Call Handler Required Immediately
We are working closely with one of our clients, based in the Eccles area in helping them secure a Call handler for a rolling temporary contract. Someone that can come in and hit the ground running and help the team with the backlog of calls
Duties:
- Answering Calls: Receiving and managing incoming phone calls, usually from customers or clients.
- Providing Information: Offering information, assistance, or guidance to callers based on their inquiries.
- Call Triage: Assessing the urgency and nature of each call to direct it to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handling Inquiries: Addressing and resolving a wide range of inquiries, questions, or issues from callers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments or services based on caller requests and availability.
- Logging Information: Accurately recording details of each call, including the nature of the call, caller information, and any actions taken.
- Dispatching Services: Coordinating and dispatching necessary services or resources in emergency situations, such as medical or roadside assistance.
- Maintaining Call Records: Keeping comprehensive records of all calls and interactions for future reference.
