**New Opportunity – Capital Accountant**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in South East London, who are looking to recruit a Capital Accountant to start as soon as possible.

The successful Capital Accountant will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.

Location: Southeast London
Salary: £250-350 a day
Contract: 2 months initially
Desirable Skills / Experience:

• Housing experience required
• Producing and monitoring all accounting entries and reconciliation
• Preparation of year end accounts and statutory audits
• Manage fixed asset register and component accounting
• Assist with long term business plan capital expenditure budget and forecast projections
• Assist with ensuring VAT returns are produced accurately and to statutory deadlines
