Capital Markets Derivatives Director

Our client is a leading Financial Services institution with plans to expand its existing Derivatives Business Management Unit and is seeking to hire a Director to manage the development of their Capital Markets Derivatives function.

This function is responsible for both BAU and Change Management-related activities to all things pertaining to Derivatives, including their control, expansion and scaling of the Business Management team, and the breadth of services provided.

Candidates with experience working in Director-level or equivalent positions within banking environments, managing budgets of circa $100m, and working extensively within Derivatives Management functions are invited to apply.

This individual will bridge the gap between the Business Operations and Technology departments, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and managing the policies and procedures that apply to the emerging business and regulatory requirements.
