Job Title: Multi-Skilled Joiner

Venn Group has been approached by a leading housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary basis in North Wales
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.
The duties will include:
- Day to day repairs on Void social housing properties
- Joinery work including: doors, skirts, architraves
- Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and plumbing.
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting on void properties
- Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- 2x References
- Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
Desireable Skills/Qualifications
- Poly flooring
