Change Manager (Adult Education Services)
We are currently working with an organisation who are in need of an experienced Change Manager to assist them on an interim basis for a re-design of the service.

Objectives:
- To manage and deliver programmes within the organisation’s Improvement and Change Portfolio, delivering against agreed strategic objectives and outcomes, informed by customer and business insight, ensuring the appropriate programme architecture is in place to coordinate and manage both design and implementation activity to deliver future delivery models and improved outcomes
- To manage business design and analysis activity, using MSP, Lean methodology and change management and organisational design principles, to engage and understand current position against business objectives, and design effective options for future models, producing evidence based business cases and future blueprint models on process, organisation, and technology, including thorough benefit, cost, and risk analysis and delivery/transition planning
- To manage programme and project implementation activity, using MSP and Prince 2 methodology, to drive forward and support delivery, focusing on effective and clear planning, strong governance and reporting, and proactive risk, issue and dependency management
Key Requirements/Essential Experience:
- Need someone to have a background in culture change
- Good understanding of Educational Culture
- Understand Local Government processes and also has done re-designs before and is familiar with how these work
- Requires an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, if you do not have one we can process one for you at a cost of £50
Full JD available.
Start: Ideally looking to get someone started in July 2022
Rate: £450 per day umbrella (Inside IR35), this may be negotiable depending on experience
Duration: Up to 12 months
