An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and dynamic CEO to manage and grow a successful facilities management company focused on delivering professional cleaning services.

The company has developed an excellent reputation and an impressive client base. Your role, once established, will be to help the business to grow by acquiring other companies and winning new business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an executive with excellent business development skills and the drive and ambition to facilitate commercial growth. Key Duties

• Drive company performance, financial, operational and staff
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Develop new business relationships and strategies
• Promote business and brand both internally and externally
• Maintain business relationship with key clients
• Prepare and oversee monthly monitoring reports to clients
• Attend key clients’ monthly meetings and add value and suggested improvements.
• Prepare and oversee key tender/re-tender documents
• Attend Supplier Meetings and maintain key relationships
• Analyse and improve financial performance and in-depth knowledge of P&L and KPI’s
• Analyse company staff structure and align to business performance.

Essential Requirements

• Able to analyse financial performance and discuss with the board
• Client facing, able to pitch to boards and win new business
• In depth knowledge of market and wider facilities management industry

Desirable

• An understanding of M&A and proven ability of integration of businesses
• Operational experience and ability to improve and streamline processes
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and ISO accreditations
