Key Duties
- Drive company performance, financial, operational and staff
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Develop new business relationships and strategies
- Promote business and brand both internally and externally
- Maintain business relationship with key clients
- Prepare and oversee monthly monitoring reports to clients
- Attend key clients’ monthly meetings and add value and suggested improvements.
- Prepare and oversee key tender/re-tender documents
- Attend Supplier Meetings and maintain key relationships
- Analyse and improve financial performance and in-depth knowledge of P&L and KPI’s
- Analyse company staff structure and align to business performance.
Essential Requirements
- Able to analyse financial performance and discuss with the board
- Client facing, able to pitch to boards and win new business
- In depth knowledge of market and wider facilities management industry
Desirable
- An understanding of M&A and proven ability of integration of businesses
- Operational experience and ability to improve and streamline processes
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and ISO accreditations
