Chief Executive Officer Urgently Required

Hours:         35hrs

Pay Rate:     £38,000

An opening has arisen for a Chief Executive Officer to be based in Leicester. This position will require the individual to provide leadership to enable the association to develop and deliver its vision encompassing its objectives and in line with regulation, statute and legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Ensure the success, growth and development of the association through strategic leadership
• Drive collaboration between the Board Staff and Members to ensure long term success
• Effectively communicate the associations values in all dealings with internal and external audiences
• Ensure that tenants receive first class customer service striving to resolve tenants enquiries at the first point of contact, to achieve a right first time service
• Provide strong leadership, communication and intellectual capacity for the association
• Coach and develop the Staff Team
• Formulate strategic business plans based on accurate information and factors that influence performance
• Work with key partners to influence and drive external agendas
• Ensure the financial viability of the association
• Work with the Board, Employees and Stakeholders to develop and maintain a long term vision for the association
• Engage with and inspire customers and wider stakeholders
• Deliver a range of social outcomes in partnership with the Membership

The successful candidate will have:

• Evidence of strategic leadership at Executive or Senior Manager Level
• Previous experience working in this position
• Full licence with access to a vehicle
