Locum Childcare Paralegal – 3 months + – Full Time – Predominantly Remote Working – Up to £25 per hour – Home Counties
Position: Locum Childcare Paralegal
Organisation: Home Counties based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +with the possibility of extension thereafter
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, office attendance once a week is preferable but not necessary
Hourly Rate: Up to £25 per hour Umbrella
The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Childcare matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.
Duties may include:
- Provide legal, clerical and administrative support to the team of Childcare Solicitors
- Day to day liaisons with the Childcare team, Courts, external bodies, and other bodies
- Collating evidence, preparing court applications, and continuing the document management of Court cases
- Administrative tasks such as preparing bundles
