Job description: We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in Gateshead for 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension.

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis.

Whilst office attendance is preferable, candidates available on a fully remote basis may also be considered.

Duties

• Handling a standard caseload with minimal supervision
• Dealing with Civil Litigation, Contentious Probate and Dispute Resolution matters

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years PQE and hold a current practising certificate.

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
