Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Change Management Programme Manager (Director)
Venn Group are partnered with a leading bank in London seeking to augment their Project Management department by reforming their Change and Transformation and Client Lifecycle Management functions. As such, we are recruiting for a Programme Manager to join the bank to assume responsibility for guiding and delivering multiple new and ongoing initiatives within the broader
The Client Lifecycle Management and Change Management Director will join the bank in a rolling contract and will be instrumental in the delivery of global projects, with a particular focus on EMEA regional project delivery, accounting for natural variance in project deadlines, differing cultures, and interfacing with a variety of third party project sponsors, both internally and externally.
This is a long-term contract initially running for two years (+), with potential to extend further.
Applicants must demonstrate the propensity to manage projects and conduct detailed analysis in order to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and the current state of projects. They will be responsible for communicating this change to stakeholders across the business. They will provide consultative advice on best practices and improvements to processes, therefore candidates must have successfully led and delivered multiple CLM-related projects in Financial Services environments.
There will be a clear focus on training and motivating existing staff members on new strategies, therefore any evidence of training groups will be extremely applicable to this role. This role has multiple direct reports across a range of jurisdictions.
Many of the projects are related to improving the bank’s functionality, existing policies and procedures, and responsiveness to change management-related projects. The role holder will therefore be required to balance both technical knowledge of various banking systems/processes with business-facing project management and business analysis skills, in order to successful communicate change and facilitate the uniform adoption of bank-wide policies.
Project Management qualified professionals are invited to apply (e.g. those with Agile/APMG, PMP, PROSCI, etc.).
