Client Service Owner – Director – Client Strategy & Lifecycle Management (Part-Time)
Background:
Many Financial Services firms in London are seeking new ways to improve the interconnectedness of their globally dispersed offices, improving the efficacy of the ways in which they manage their client relationships, onboarding processes, and associated IT infrastructure.
Our client, a renowned global bank in the City of London, is seeking to improve and streamline their Client Management Strategies and Frameworks by recruiting a Director-level individual to manage a complex book of work over the next year.
This part-time position requires a senior contractor to act in a consultative manner, leading the analysis, development, and improvement of their Change Management function, specifically advancing the ways in which they approach operational and technological change in their London offices.
Essential:
The role-holder will be responsible for the design and evolution of the Client Journey and Management process. They will interface with staff across Front, Middle, and Back Office to provide training that consolidates new KYC tooling methodologies and embed processes as a standardised practice between and within offices.
Candidates must have experience delivering programmes within KYC, Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, Client Data Storage, Compliance, and Data Quality Improvement business areas.
Therefore, we are looking to speak with individuals with experience operating as Programme Mangers in a Change Management capacity, with direct and substantive evidence of delivering multiple client-centric programmes within Banking/Financial Services environments.
They will assume responsibility for defining and reviewing how the bank holds client data, challenging when inefficiencies arise, advising stakeholders across the EMEA regions.
Desirable:
Ideally, candidates will have managed both business-facing and technology-facing demands from a Client Lifecycle Management perspective.
They will have developed technology rollouts for KYC functions using iMeta/PEGA/equivalent.
Candidates with an understanding of ESG data from a client management perspective will also be benefitted in this position.
