Venn Group are pleased to be working with a highly reputable, fully remote firm to recruit a Claimant Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to assist with a Grade B–C caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking high-quality, fully remote work on a flexible basis. The assignment is offered on an initial 3-month contract, outside IR35, with a strong possibility of extension. An immediate start is available.
The Role
You will join an established clinical negligence team, managing a Grade B–C claimant caseload which will include:
- Running files from inception to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel
- Conducting negotiations and progressing matters efficiently
- Providing high standards of client care throughout
The successful candidate will be confident handling matters independently and comfortable working within a fully remote environment.
