Venn Group are currently working on a position with one of our highly regarded healthcare organisations, based in Hertfordshire, to source a remote working Clinical Recruitment Business Partner for the following assignment:
Clinical Recruitment Business Partner (remote working)

Location: Hertfordshire (remote working)
Contract: 6 months temp-to-perm
Hours: 37.5 per week
Rate: £202.43 per day umbrella
Your duties will include:
- Working closely with Head of Recruitment, HR colleagues and hiring managers to effectively deliver clinical recruitment for the organisation, ensuring the organisations values are promoted
- Being responsible for the development and implementation of the recruitment marketing strategy for employed clinical staff, ensuring the organisation continues to attract the right talent; in doing so, proactively managing relationships with hiring managers, Comms and Marketing and the respective HR Business Partner
- Acting as first point of contact for all employed clinical recruitment, managing candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring processes are carried out efficiently, fairly & legally
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient service and on boarding of new joiners and maintaining strong relationships within the clinical community and agencies
- Working closely with hiring managers and Rota teams to establish rota patterns, recruitment gaps, job requirements, timelines etc.
- Supporting with the mobilisation of new services, attending meetings and engagement events
- Advertising roles internally and externally using the recruitment marketing strategy and tools to target the right audience, ensuring adverts are kept up to date and information is correct
- Working closely with workforce planning to understand forecasted requirements for individual contracts
- Proactively monitoring the recruitment market to ensure the organisation is well placed to attract talent
- Working with the Recruitment Administrator and HR transactional team to ensure that new joiner details are input on to the HRIS system and processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Supporting with cross cover for other Recruitment/Procurement Business Partners as part of resilience process
- Developing and maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and external recruitment agencies and job board providers
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience of Clinical Recruitment
- Experience of conducting interviews and designing/facilitating assessment centres
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tact and diplomacy, be self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Good proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Have an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
