Collibra Integration Engineer

We are currently looking for a Collibra Integration Engineer to work at a global banking firm based within London, the successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge in data modelling techniques and a proven track record of implementing effective data governance strategies. With at least 4 years of experience within the finance sector, the individual will have a deep understanding of the intricacies of financial data and the importance of maintaining its integrity.

Expertise in Collibra is essential, as the role requires the application of this platform to establish and uphold data governance frameworks, policies, and processes. A strong command of SQL, including PL/SQL or T-SQL, is a prerequisite, along with experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server environments. The candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, data integration, and ETL processes, ensuring the seamless flow and transformation of data across systems.

Advanced skills in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Visio, are expected, enabling the candidate to present data and insights in a clear and impactful manner. Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery methods will be beneficial, supporting a dynamic and responsive approach to project management.

Communication is key in this role. The individual must be adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that information updates are communicated promptly to Development Managers. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are, therefore, a must.

The role demands a candidate with excellent timekeeping abilities, ensuring that deadlines are met with precision and that the highest standards of data governance are consistently achieved.
