Venn Group has been approached by a Contractor in Leeds recruit for a Administratior initially on a 12 month rolling contract with the possibility for extension.
As a successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role for a building contractor, housing association or local authority.
The duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders
- Accurately updating and maintaining IT Systems
- Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
- Updating customer records onto the system
Essential experience / skills:
-Strong administration experience
-Dealing with high volume of calls
Desirable experience / skills:
-Experienced in assisting with tenders
