Commercial Property Lawyer
Our client, a friendly high street firm in Worcestershire with flexible working and partnership prospects, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable and supportive firm.
This position will see you handle a mixed caseload of commercial property matters to include commercial property sales and acquisitions, working with developers, new builds and some agricultural property. You will progress matters on your own initiative and will be supported by an experienced secretary.
The firm have a good case management system and office based support meaning they are flexible with regards to agile/home working. They are conveniently located with good public transport links and free on-site parking.
For an ambitious individual, there is the opportunity for partnership in the firm. Starting salary will be dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £40,000 – 45,000 per annum plus benefits and a bonus scheme. Individuals are invited to apply and discuss their requirements.
