Commercial Property Locum
Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Berkshire, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to start from 19th December on an ongoing period whilst the firm look to recruit permanently.
This role will be primarly office based however a hybrid working arrangement will be considered after the initial first month. The ideal candidate must be able to commit to 5 working days per week.
The workload will mainly consist of handling development work and lettings however the candidate must be comfortable in dealing with the full scope of commercial property.
Due to the nature of the work and potential length of assignment, our client is offering a competive rate.
