Venn Group are recruiting for a personable Commercial Property Lawyer or Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice with offices in Bristol & Cheltenham.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer or qualified Solicitor who can handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters and associated transactions with minimal supervision. The caseload will include handles sales and purchases of land and properties, option agreements for both developments and landowners, development work and overage agreements.

The Requirements
- Experience in handling commercial property matters
- A minimum of 3 years PQE
- Candidates with over 5 years PQE are also of interest
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
