Commercial Property Lawyer – Part Time – Remote Working – £55 per hour umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established Local Authority who are seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team on a part-time, remote working basis, up to four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice on the development, sale, lease, and all other transactions involving public sector land holdings
• Advise on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements
• Overseeing all aspects of commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management

Role Overview:

• Position: Commercial Property Lawyer
• Location: Remote Working
• Contract Length: Initial 3 months with possibility for extension
• Rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella
