The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Associate to join a well-established Real Estate team based in Buckinghamshire. The team handles a wide spectrum of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant matters, occupier advisory, and investment and development finance. Their client base is diverse, spanning corporate landlords and occupiers, banks, hospitality groups, retailers, industrial operators, sports and education establishments, private investors, and infrastructure owners.
This position offers strong prospects for long-term career development, working closely with an experienced team in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.

Requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate matters, including experience with complex transactions
- Strong technical ability and sound client-relationship skills
- Good financial management and organisational discipline
- Ability to work effectively and collegiately within a team
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ambition and drive to contribute to the continued growth of the real estate offering
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to develop business development and marketing skills to build new client relationships and referral networks
- Openness to innovative approaches and continuous improvement
Candidates should ideally be experienced in:
- Landlord and Tenant Act matters
- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Commercial property funding and investment
