Commissioning Lead - Facilities Management

Rate: £400 per day – umbrella, Inside IR35

Duration: Until March 2024 (with potential for extension)

Location: Fully Remote (occasional team days on-site)

Hours: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has demonstratable experience delivering contracts on hard and soft services within Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive hard and soft services Facilities Management contract from start to finish
• Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Sandra, to ensure smooth execution and completion of the project
• Ensure all aspects of commissioning are handled efficiently, from planning to final delivery

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading both hard and soft services contracts in a Facilities Management setting
• Track record of seeing projects through procurement to successful completion
• Written experience with specifications and contracts
