Summary:
We are currently working with a public sector organisation who requires the assistance of a Complaints and Resolution Officer on an interim basis. The role will be to draft and coordinate complaint responses made to SENAR about individual cases. The role would suit someone who has experience of working in SEN, managers/ senior officers with experience of responding to complaints, communicating with MP’s/ Councillors and responding to concerns in a calm and empathetic manner. This is a contract role, initially for 3 months but with the ability to extend.

- Responding to concerns in a calm and professional manner
