Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Manchester to recruit for a Complaints Handler on a part-time temporary ongoing contract.
As a successful candidate you will have experience handling housing or local authority related complaints
Complaints Handler
The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:
- Handle 1st stage complaints regarding housing repairs
- Liaise with tenants, supervisors, operatives & other internal customer service teams
- Correspond over the phone and via email
Essential skills/experience
- Experience of customer service or complaints handling
- Housing or local authority sector experience
