Venn Group is currently working with four healthcare organisations for multiple Complaints Roles to support the organisations.
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Complaints expereince
- Ideally healthcare, central or local government sector experience
Senior Complaints Officer
Contract type: 3 months (likely to extend)
Location: Central London
Days per week: 5
Hours per week: 37.5
Hourly rate: £28.52 paye including holiday pay
Working from home: Yes (with an option of a hybrid model of working), or can be fully remote once fully trained up after 4 weeks
Complaints and Incident Manager
Contract type: 3 months (likely to extend)
Location: Central London
Days per week: 5
Hours per week: 37.5
Daily rate: £171.18 - £214.40 including holiday pa
Working from home: Yes, fully remote
PALS/Complaints Manager
Contract type: 3 months (likely to extend)
Location: South West London
Days per week: 5
Hours per week: 37.5
Daily rate: £163.33 - £183.36 paye including holiday pay
Working from home: Hybrid model, with three days on site
PALS/Complaints Manager
Contract type: 3 months (likely to extend)
Location: Essex
Days per week: 5
Hours per week: 37.5
Daily rate: £142.65 - £184.81 paye including holiday pay or £157.65 - £205.63 via an umbrella
Working from home: TBC, likely hybrid model, with three days on site
