Interim Complaints Officer
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organization in the Lancashire area who urgently require a temporary Complaints Officer to work both on-site and remotely for 6 weeks initially.
The key role responsibilities are:

Focusing on internal communications on

Responsible for drafting complaint responses within a busy healthcare team

Working in a regulated environment, and following the processes and procedures set out by national guidelines

Acting as the first point of contact in some cases for complaints, and showing empathy to patients and family members

Showing good interpersonal skills as you will be working within a team environment

Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
-
Experience of using the DATIX system would be beneficial to your application
Please note that it is essential that you are able to work on-site in Lancashire 1 day per week, and 2-3 days at the start of the assignment.
It is also essential to have experience within a healthcare environment.
