A reputable supported housing association is currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator in the Norfolk and Suffolk area. This is initially a 4-week temporary contract with a high likelihood of extension.
Location: Across Norfolk and Suffolk
Hours: 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday
Rate: Circa £15 per hour (PAYE Inclusive of holiday pay)
Fuel expensed at £0.45 per mile
Contract: Temporary until 14.12 and likely to be extended
Interviews to be scheduled for Monday 1st December
Key Duties:
- Complete weekly/monthly fire safety checks across all the properties in Norfolk & Suffolk
- Check fire doors, alarms, and CO₂, record findings accurately
- Report outcomes clearly to the Property Compliance Team via an agreed format
- Work highly independently, organise your own diary and travel
- Deliver 100% compliance against set targets
- Use IT confidently and produce accurate digital logs
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced Adult DBS
- Full UK Drivers License
- Strong IT Competence
