Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association in Lancashire to recruit for a Compliance Manager on a 12 month FTC with the possibility for extension.
The role will consist of the following duties:
- Responsible for the operational delivery and strategic management of the organisation's compliance function managing Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas, and Electrics
- Ensure all necessary compliance information and databases are maintained
- Work with internal teams including repairs, investment and development to deliver efficient outcomes
- Liaise with external contractors and review performance
It is essential the successful candidate has experience of working within a similar role.
