Urgent Requirement – Contracts & Facilities Manager – Warwickshire - Permanent
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Contracts & Facilities Manager for a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area. The salary will be between 37 and 43,000 per annum dependent on experience.
The role will involve:
- Managing FM contracts, ensuring that contractors are fully vetted and issues with correct permits before entering site
- Ensuring strict compliance is being kept on site in regards to legionella, asbestos, fire safety, etc
- Undertaking Health and Safety audits on contractors
- Ensuring projects are being run in line with department compliance standards
- Managing contractors liaising with consultancies
- Responsible for procurement of materials and contractors
- Reporting progress to the senior management board
