Interim Contracts Manager
Based in London, hybrid working
Length: 3 months initially
IR35 status: Inside
We are currently recruiting for an Interim Contracts Manager, who will play a key role in managing our estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring high-quality services that meet residents’ needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Contracts Manager:
- Managing and monitoring estate services contracts, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Leading a team to investigate and resolve complaints, liaising with residents to address issues
- Conducting inspections, analysing performance data, and producing management reports
- Working with contractors and stakeholders to improve services and support regeneration projects
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety across estate services
- Attending resident meetings, forums, and council engagement events (including occasional evenings)
Skills, experience and knowledge required of the Interim Contracts Manager:
- Must have contract management experience within Local Government
- Strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience managing a team and managing performance
- Strong problem-solving, IT, and data analysis skills are essential
