Corporate Actions Senior Specialist
Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Corporate Actions Specialist to work within a Tier 1 bank in the City. This long-term contract position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of Global Corporate actions to work within a dynamic and agile department.
Candidates are expected ensure all securities are processed in an accurate and timely manner whilst adhering to all internal procedures and controls. The successful candidate should be of a proactive nature, escalating any issues or system inaccuracies to senior management, maintaining records to support feedback.
Strong knowledge and experience with MS Excel, SWIFT Messaging and Crest systems will be necessary for this position.
The role will require strong communication skills as this position will act as the main point of contact for other departments, addressing any queries and concerns.
Although this role does not have any direct reports, the candidate will be expected to mentor junior members of the team and support other colleagues.
