Corporate Administrator
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable NHS trust in London for a Corporate Administrator to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will:
- To ensure that all incoming post (electronic and hard copy is date-stamped and distributed to the appropriate persons, and that out-going mail is sorted according to internal, external departments and relevant agencies).
- To type correspondence when required.
- To maintain office filing systems and ensure information is accessible to relevant staff, always ensuring confidentiality.
- To maintain a standard filing system ensuring that the filing of patient notes, correspondence, questionnaires etc are kept up to date in line with record keeping policies.

Duration: 3 months (Potential for extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Daily rate: £118.55 PAYE inc holiday pay, or £130.08 via an umbrella company
