Corporate Governance Officer

Venn Group is currently working with a health organisation in London for a Corporate Governance Officer to support the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. 1.       Excellent minute taking (Board Committee level)
2. 2.       Excellent organisational skills (as a lot of new systems old and new to be reviewed and created)
3. 3.       Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (liaising with senior staff, Executive and Governors)

Job Title: Corporate Governance Officer

Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)

Daily rate: £201.73 PAYE inc holiday pay, or £224.73 via an umbrella company

Hours: Full time

Location: London (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
