Corporate Partnerships Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate fundraising professional to join a large charitable organisation on a permanent basis, supporting the Philanthropy Team in delivering high-impact corporate partnerships that help drive forward the organisation’s mission. This role will involve both account management and new business development, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure and grow corporate support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships through proactive outreach, tailored pitches, and compelling proposals
• Account manage and steward existing corporate relationships, maximising opportunities for growth and long-term engagement
• Lead and contribute to campaigns focused on specific programmes or areas of the charity’s work
• Collaborate with internal teams including Major Donor, Trusts, Marketing, Finance, and Service Heads to ensure joined-up fundraising efforts
• Conduct prospect research and develop cultivation plans for high-value corporate prospects
• Negotiate and agree funding packages and sponsorships, ensuring appropriate contracts and compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
• Support and attend events as required, including occasional evening and weekend work
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven track record of securing five-figure corporate partnerships and delivering against income targets
• Strong experience in both new business development and account management within a fundraising context
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking and prospecting skills
• Understanding of corporate structures, CSR motivations, and partnership budgets
• Familiarity with fundraising compliance frameworks including GDPR and the Fundraising Regulator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Empathy with the values and mission of charitable organisations
Location: London
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site
