Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for Costs Lawyers and Draftsmen to join a large, established UK firm for fixed periods of 9 and 12 months.
The ideal candidates will be based in the Yorkshire area and will be able to attend the office on a flexible hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal with:
- Bills of costs
- Negotiating costs to settlement
- Cost budgeting and advice
- Drafting bills on Multi Track matters, predominantly on personal injury matters
- Drafting larger bills and budgets
- Technical questions
- Advocacy
Candidates with specialist experience will be considered.
£: The client is open to considering locums on hourly rates, or candidates to join on a fixed term contract.
