Credit Controller

Venn Group are excited to announce that they are working with a leading London University to recruit an interim Credit Controller. The post holder will be responsible for providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service for their schools. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service for Schools and departments
• Monitoring and processing Payment Plans
• Dealing with student queries and holding regular meetings with schools and departments
• Liaising with people in Schools and Departments in respect to the collection of debts whilst providing accurate information on outstanding amounts and consulting on the actions to be taken
• Reviewing ledger daily for receipts not allocated to invoices

Successful candidate MUST have:

• A good understating of the relationship and interface between SITS / SAP and fees debt collection
• Experience working within a higher education institution
• A significant level of experience working within a similar service delivery role

Position: Credit Controller

Contract length: 3 months, possibility of further extension

Salary: £31,411 to £38,592 (paid on an equivalent hourly rate)

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Location: London, hybrid working (3 days working in the Office/ 2 days working from home)
