Credit Controller

A reputable organisation based in the Wolverhampton area is looking to secure a Credit Controller on a full time permanent basis

Duties will include:

• Chase any outstanding debt with telephone and email
• Raise cases and escalate these appropriately
• Assist with a ledger cleanse project and carry out reconciliations.
• Manage and resolve queries in a professional manner and liaise with relevant departments

The successful candidate will :

• Proven experience in credit control
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
