CRM Business Analyst

Venn Group is currently supporting a local authority in London to recruit for a CRM Analyst on a contract basis.

The CRM Analyst should have an understanding of Local Government CRM best practice and experience of providing challenge around requirements and needs.

The council currently are hybrid working, mostly from home with scheduled attendance to the offices in London.

Deliverables:

• Mappin g of the existing CRM landscape
• Understanding and analysis of current state systems and their integration capability
• Analysis of current issues and pain points experienced organisationally, and at a service level, due to the current CRM infrastructure
• Summary and analysis of opportunities to improve the current CRM infrastructure.
• High level benefits analysis of any opportunities, including evidence-based assumptions
• Final report including all the above, as well as:
  • Future state CRM landscape map
  • Options and recommendations, to include at least three software providers
  • Requirements documentation
  • Organisational design impact analysis
  • Financial impact analysis
