Venn Group is working with a Local Authority to recruit an interim Project Manager to procure and implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
It is essential to have local authority CRM experience – this is a non-negotiable requirement for this position and applications not matching this criteria will not be considered.
Hybrid working will be required to the offices in the South East, on a weekly basis.
This is a day rate contract role, initially for 3-months and expected to run long term. The role is going through IR35 determinations – during initial discussions we will discuss your rate expectations for both Inside and Outside of IR35.
Required Skills and Experience of the Project Manager:
- Experience of end to end CRM projects/programmes
- Previous experience in multiple local authority organisations
- Strong project / programme management experience
- Ability to develop and present detailed, costed business cases
