Customer Engagement and Scrutiny Lead
Venn Group have been approached by a Housig Association and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: Customer Engagement and Scrutiny Lead
Location: Ashington
Salary: £36,047 including car allowance
Length: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week including 1 hour lunch break per day (2 days per home)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a programme of research that captures tenant views using a range of insight techniques
- Turn data into meaningful, actionable insights to support strategic planning and service improvement
- Oversee TSM and customer satisfaction survey delivery, ensuring compliance and quality
- Work closely with teams across the business to embed customer insight into decision-making
- Identify gaps in tenant understanding and lead targeted insight projects from start to finish
Essential Criteria
- Previous experiece within a Customer Liaison/Customer Engagement position
- Experience within Social Housing preferred
- Driver required
